That spotter should have been standing in the middle of the road with a stop/slow sign that he could wave at drivers, that was very poor safety precautions for the worker up in the air.

The driver should have seen the guy hanging from the ligh and the worker should have placed something to warn drivers that repair work was being done!! Both sides were negligent!! (And some men think that men are smarter than women!!)

even a tall van would have hit him, that lane should have been blocked off with cones, NEVER should anyone or any thing be allowed under any bucket, basket, or hoisted objects, walking or driving ... workers are totally at fault here... who in their right mind would even agree to work with any vehicles travelling underneath them not knowing the height of anything passing underneath...

His Co worker never protected him or the scene, you see a tractor trailer coming you make eye contact with the driver and help him turn. Sorry but the light repair has to be secured before putting me in a bucket..

The workers orange CONES are not where they should have been. They didn't CLOSE the farthest LANE of TRAFFIC to protect that worker. There should have been a police car with lights on to warn others for additional safety. 😲🤔🙏🙏 I hope that worker is not injured.

my brother was a lineman and he got trapped in the bucket cause hydraulic fluid started pouring out and it caught on fire and he had to jump or burn up. unfortunately he passed an hour later. horrific
