seen something like this in Tennessee was just getting to dyersburg and noticed some lights getting brigter it was some car heading righ for me on the highway doing like 80-90 going the wrongway on the highway car didnt even react i managed dodge them probabky drunk or meth'ed out

This happened twice where I lived both times it was visibility problems heavy rain and heavy fog both multiple fatalities.
