yes the guy was speeding, however look how early the red car takes a left… he drives into the parking lot of the gas station diagonally instead of a horizontal left, a 90° left… yes that’s also the reason for the bikers survival, the reason he was able to dodge at the last second. however if the red car actually yielded to oncoming traffic, and made a proper turn with out just diagonally driving across a double line… then we would not be here. there should be yearly driving tests for anyone above the age of 60.
