my son was obese like that, his favorite cousin passed away because of being obese and health problems. he lost like 200 and some pounds. he said the man inside didn't fit the man on the outside. he said he would never compromise his health again. he weighs like 180 now. he can tuck his shirts in his pants. he does not have a large stomach and he feels good. he still had to see a doctor because of the weight loss. until his heart could catch up to his weight. I am proud of him. you can't tell him nothing. she can do it. I saw it with my own eyes.
