I had a tow company tow my semi truck for absolutely no reason. Parking was free as Iong as I purchased fuel which I did. I filled up before going on my 34 hour reset. Came back and my shit was gone. Thanks to my brother in law, come to find out, the mom and pop truck stop was in cahoots with the towing company. The owners are cousins. I showed them evidence of what I knew and threatened to sue and the towing company ended up giving me a full refund. I still made a police report about it though. This was at the beginning out of my trucking career. 9 years later, I have never parked at a mom and pop stop ever again.

He is not towing that car for no reason! He would get in so much trouble for that! He would lose so much money. The girl recording probably had her car towed for reprocession and still mad! Plus, how does she know that all of the cars belong to elderly women? Does she live in the parking lot? I hate wrongful or creeping on you towing, but targeting only the elderly, is crazy and unbelievable for me. Just my opinion
