SRV certainly one of the greatest.
The blind guitarist Jeff Healy laid the guitar on his lap and played like that.
Stevie Ray Vaghn.
SRV was one of the greatest electric guitar players that ever lived. Saw him in Manhattan at an outdoor venue and he was on fire.
They're all the best in their own unique style, jimmy,Stevie, beck,santana,,,too many to list.
Buddy Guy was just as good if not better.
My husband used to drive buses leased by musicians ( from Hemphill brothers) here in Nashville. He was fortunate enough to have driven Stevie and his band to New York City to film their show on Saturday Night Live. We divorced but what a privilege and memorable moment. He also drove for many other artists.
