Some horrible person called the police on them while they were resting LEGALLY off to the side of a road or interstatd as stated by the sherriff who came on scene. Caller also lied to the dispatcher, he said what he was called for and said yea this isnt xyz. so yes facts are facts and whoever did it is wretched.
