I just dislocated a bone in my left wrist along with breaking two bones. Turned my ankle. Thank God I didn't injure my ankle. I can't get a permanent cast on it for about three weeks. I hope it is and stays set properly until I can get the cast. Relocating and setting it had me screaming to the top of my lungs it hurt so bad. If I will have to do it again they will have to sedate me.
