I’d kick that dog so hard and I wouldn’t care if I go to jail. If It attack me and my dog it wouldn’t be standing. I love animals however it’s the stupid owners that are lacking brain cells and the animal can be put down or killed because of it. Keep your dogs on the leash or get them trained. If you can’t or won’t there will be consequences.

100% bad owner because I had a border Collie and their inherently not bad dogs they're just busy dogs. she lived over 15 years, she was the most obedient and smart dog I've ever had. she would drive us rides home from the bar, hell I would give that dog my car if she needed it.
