Steak needs nothing more than salt, pepper and a little butter. Anything else is blasphemous.
Salt/ pepper…hot grill 10 minutes each side…rest with butter on top….done
he must mean 210 degrees. 110 is just hot.
If you want a perfect steak try sous vide. 2 hours at 125-129 depending on preference, let rest at room temp for 20-30 minutes, still in the bag. Then sear with Wagyu tallow in a cast iron pan at about the temperature of the sun for 1 minute per side, rest 10 minutes then hit it with flake sea salt and I like a little grind of pepper but that’s up to preference. This method works best with thicker steaks or tomahawks. And sometimes I’ll sear on a 700 degree grill instead of a cast iron pan. Depends on what I’m feeling and the weather outside.
S & P, 2 mins each side, down the hatch bud
sounds simple to me

Tell me how many steps to make an impossible 🍔 burger.
that took some time didnt it? 😆
This guy is used to 10 for $10 microwave meals.
I agree with Rogan but his method is complicated. Salt and pepper, heat both sides to desired doneness. You’ll have steak that is good.
