Ingredients:• 3–4 apples (about 500 g / 1.1 lb)• 2 eggs• 150 g flour / 1¼ cups all-purpose flour• 200 ml milk / ¾ cup + 1 tbsp milk• 1 tbsp sugar• 1 pinch of salt• Neutral oil or butter for frying• Sugar for coating• Optional: vanilla ice cream to serveHow to:Peel apples, slice into rings, remove core.Whisk eggs, milk, flour, sugar, and salt into a smooth batter.Heat butter or oil in a pan.Dip apple rings into batter and fry until golden on both sides.Drain briefly, then coat in sugar.Serve warm
