id pass, simply because the basket being used was touching a trash can filled with general garbage. not all kitchens require gloves so long as hand washing is strictly obeyed, but the fry basket used to scoop the crispies touching the trash can is a definite health code violation
dont throw away the crispies. give it away to customers.
