Both of them cops weak. They need to stop hiring people that don't have the monster to handle a 125-year-old young ban. Most of these officers are out of shape fat, big bellies and they are not able to move or do not have the strength to hold a ground because they are out of shape they couldn't even hold the young man hand down the other officer.They should start having basic training.And a must pass a test on physical strength and physical shape these weak officers i already disgrace the other. I was saying couldn't I even hold the young man. Hand down for him to properly be arrested and he is a 125 pounds. Wet and 2 people can't even hold him down correctly. They should be able to have tactical movements
