I initially took only a quick glance at this, and thought it was a lawn chair!! Before I could look again (almost immediately) I wondered how someone could “fold” a lawn chair into this curve and then I realized!! This whole process took about two seconds!! Innovative idea, but I agree with putting the bacon on during the last twenty minutes of cooking. Perhaps if the whole turkey was wrapped in foil so the skin still looks “naked”, then add the bacon and continue cooking it at 425 degrees for twenty to twenty five more minutes. I may try this next time!
