You literally washed the meat under water lmao you people are something else. Listen soul sister you need to cook with oil on the pan first. If you want your meat to be tender buy meat tenderizer and let it sit in the bag with your marinading meat. After you’re done cooking the meat add that marinade and it will reduce to a sauce instead of a gravy, so you can experience better flavor. You can chop the meat and glaze it in the pan with your sauce. Invest in a cheap red wine for cooking and that will make deglazing your pan a lot easier. It also makes gravy taste better.
