All I know since I was a kid I was rocking with banana and peanut butter. It’s something about them they just go together 🤷🏾♂️

that's totally unnecessary.. An appropriate way to do this would simply be to cut the banana into slices, smear the bun with the peanut butter and jelly and put the banana slices in, then the crushed crackers on top for the crunch, I think crushed peanuts would be better than the crackers.. That looks like a complete mess to eat that way. And it's way too much, especially for a young child
