I was today old when I watched someone make garbage instead making stuffed cabbage properly.
this is halupki, a poor polish dish which that didn’t really make properly at all. You boil a whole head of cabbage, cook rice and slightly cook the meat. After the leafs fall off the head of cabbage you put the meat, which is usually a combination of pork and beef, add the rice and roll it into cylinders. You lay them the poor sauce over which HAS to be homemade or it taste artificial. It’s delicious when cooked well.
