I completely covered a Red Snapper in salt and baked it, the salt hardend and I used a hammer to break the salt. Fish was not salty at all, the salt held all the heat in better than aluminum foil. It was a great meal.

I had this one Mexican couple that would make popcorn and the wheels in hot sand they actually came out amazing with lime and all the spices.
wouldn't your food end up really salty and that is a ton of salt run it yeah our body sweat it out pretty rapidly but still just using air fryer that's what I use works out perfectly
