He can help her, ain’t no way I would have recommend no one to help her stand . Without a lift or hospital setting. I had a patient weigh 800 pounds and sad to say we had to use animal equipment to move her and to weigh her. She told us after her Mom, passed when she was a young teen she turned to food and just couldn’t stop eating. Sad ending she didn’t make it. Hopefully this lady gets the help she needs and be able to live a normal lifestyle 🙏🏽

The anorexic patient is also a glutton. The only difference is the anorexic vomits their food. Their THOUGHTS are still consumed with food. Anorexia will cause cardiac arrest!! I've been up and down between 180 and 210 ever since I had kids. Its super easy to gain but losing is extremely hard. I feel bad for her, this weight is ruining her life. Even if she lost only 100 pounds her life would change for the better!!!
This a situation when medication like Wegovy or Ozempic would be appropriate 🤔 in my opinion.

Truly sad that people around her enabled her eating and allowed it to get this bad and many don't realize the amount of pressure excessive weight puts on our joints and bones and it's a major cause for why we have so many underlying problems and why there will never be a free Healthcare system in this country amd for all the people who feed into many different people's delusional idea's of what life should be yoir a major problems for those people instead of being honest you would rather enable.
The family enabled this disgusting situation. They are more so guilty. If she couldn't get it, she wouldn't have gotten it. People have glandular problems, I understand, this is greed. Excessive love of food. A pound if bacon , a dozen eggs is food for a family, not an individual. Do better, and seriously loose that before you die

Her family is enabling this. 10k calories a day is a truck load of food. Why the government doesn't help young people pay for lap bands before it's almost irreversible. They will pay many times more on disability and hospitalization.💕
