if I had $5,000,000 I would use it to get homeless teens off the streets and educate them so they could have a brighter future and the Tesla is my favorite car, I have always wanted to be a motivational speaker for the youth .I would use it to get to and from the teen studio apartments to my home every day, and to drive them wherever they needed to go to for there emotional and physiological well-being. my name is Jeffrey McClain Blum , and thank you for your kindhearted and thoughtful ideas . π

I would invest in creating a law that protects civilians from police and not just shoplifter.so that police cannot approach innocent homeless people.Homelessness doesn't need negative policing.
