So, you are going to take out your disappointments/aggressions on all the women that come after this bad experience? Not a good idea. I met my husband on Match.com 23 years ago. We met up at a restaurant in the bar area. After talking for a few minutes, he asked if I would like to get dinner. After we sat down and spoke a little more, I knew I was going to marry him. I could tell he was a good guy. He never made me pay for anything, but I also did not expect him to pay for my shopping. I paid for that. Your first clue with this woman was that she ordered 3 drinks. You should have sat down, had your drink, and then told her that something came up and you had to leave. Tell her it was nice meeting her, walk out and don't look back. Done! Move on to the next woman, but don't make future women pay for what has happened in the past. You will only be hurting yourself. BTW, any woman that complains about a past boyfriend, especially regarding his income, should be an immediate NO.
You played it right! 👍🏻 Only thing I would’ve done different is to say “B-Bye” to her, left the Vintage store, and scooted off into the sunset by myself! Thn gotten a huge dinner….just for myself! Next time I’d just sugg dinner and a movie or better yet, just get coffee.
