He pointed the gun under his chin and said "I'll blow my f'n head off rn" and stepped back into the house. He either wanted to take his own life or he wanted to die by cops. Either way, its very sad when people get into this state of mind. Prayers for his family.

It funny how many people are saying it is unjustified, why the fuck would the due bring a gunnoit when the police are there or at all , if you had any common sense you would know the dude meant trouble or was unhinged and with way you don’t wave a gun around unless you are asking for trouble, doesn’t matter how he was holding it what matters it that the police are trained to take out danger and shoot at the first sight of a deadly weapon. They did exactly what they were trained to do and possibly saved lives in the process. If dude wanted to turn himself in he should have came out unarmed with his hands up like they ask everyone to do.

this was the cops who shot the man they tried to say he pointed the gun at them but he did not hewas setting it down the cop who shot him has a grudge against the family and their was another older officer who had a run in with the father who was trying to provoke a altercation and he antagonized the father by making smart remarks about shooting his sun and paralyzing him .. i dont know the outcome of this here with this officer but the other older cop who antagonize the father got fired .. i remember hearing the father say they were suing the department.. the body camera did not work out in this cops favor
