I don't know what to say about this video because, it appears that the car behind him bumped him. He must have peeped the situation or perhaps knew the person and knows what come with em. Good thing he was on point. I hope nobody caught one.
Need more context. If this was road rage, the shooter should be awaiting his lethal injection. Premeditated.
