They lucky the mouse probably die from poison and the baby picked it up while crawling 🤔🤔🤔 I think this might be a tough case to win but I hope they do so atleast someone getting paid.
Did the other tenants have a problem with mice? If not, then he doesn't have a case. If the landlord had been taking steps to mitigate the problem then he doesn't have a case. It basically comes down to his word that the child had a dead mouse in his mouth. I'm surprised that he found an attorney that would take the case.
