The police were doing everything they could to get him out! They were using multiple fire extingueshers with no effect. They had already notified Fire & Rescue services. To the lady filming this! Why didn't you get out of your car and go get him out yourself??? Why? He's still moving"... I'm sure they could see that themselves. And from what I saw they were trying (fire extinguisher).
