As a gun owner. These are the typeOf people who shouldn’t have guns. First he sticks his tongue out to antagonize the other driver. Then he brake checks them. All while knowing he has a gun and is willing to use lethal force. Absolutely looking to use it. And that’s one thing no one that owns a gun should ever want.
If you notice the guy who pulled around him also had a firearm and was shooting at him, this is why having a gun is very useful in some situations.

It looked to me like the other car fired first because the window shattered before dude even got off a shot. And the fact that he flinched means that he was being fired upon. Kind of looks to me that he was firing back. He was flinching and crouched down like he was being shot at.
this is all old news, they dismissed the charges because he legitimately thought they were trying to shoot at him when they were actually throwing objects at his car and tailgating him and doing everything else aggressively as he determined them as a threat, this is natural behavior
