don't fool yourselves, the gov already has this information. when you have a baby, you have to register them to get a birth certificate and social security card. when you vote, you have to give that info. what do you think selective services is. when you register your car. when you apply for a job you fill out a W-2. how do you think you get income taxes. come on now

all I takes in CA is a birth certificate and two utilities bill's with your name on them, and the name has to match your birth certificate. The same goes for a passport. I don't see what the bid dill is
