01/08/2026 My former neighbor with a history of mental illness decided it was a good idea to stalk me in his pj’s. He was arrested & charged with battery the case is on going.

Courts require original, unedited footage. Sharing it online can raise questions about tampering, potentially leading to the video being excluded as evidence. Posting publicly might be considered "prejudicial" or a violation of privacy, which can make the evidence harder to use later. (which is why you dont see the full video....you shouldn't even be seeing this ☝️). AND...Posting, especially if it misrepresents the full context, can lead to civil defamation claims against you.
