I live two streets down from this street and no lie on my whole street if 50 houses only 14 are up and running and only 9 ppl live in there's no corner stores within 2 miles there's only one gas station maybe six blocks down everything is so ram down and shut down that's East Cleveland I was born and raised
And this is messed up all of those two family houses and four family suites. That’s just money wasted if they can’t be rehab at least tear them down and rebuild some more units who owns these things just give me the damn house. I know what to do hell😡

well East Cleveland had a chance to join the Cleveland register but refused,.. not it is so horribly run that the state has stepped in... to bad its to little too late.
