it's the jones home I was there too and it definitely wasn't a prison it was kinda messed up but no prison kids often just walked off form the place honestly if you were there your parents either couldn't handle you no more or you were transitioning to prison or your parents just didn't want you anymore and you were to problematic for adoption homes or group homes
