That's the answer because that's the only neighborhoods that the city cares to make better.
They say OHIO cuz they are trying and been trying to "modernize" gentrified etc...they put 200k condo in the middle of the Hood and Call it "good location" cuz its just a few min to downtown...dont let them fool anyone...its in the middle of the HOOD...just not the worst area. but definitely far from the best lol...maybe in the day time..but there will be homeless and prostitution no matter what time of day. born and raised here. u cant put makeup on a pig. 😭
