Diesel is definitely flammable. It has a higher combustion point than gas, but it'll still will ignite. I've seen diesel ignite from one lil spark. It's best to still treat it like it's dangerous.

Gasoline is not flammable.The fumes from the gasoline are flammable. Diesel is combustible when under pressure or when misted and atomized.
Amazing how many people do not know this.

Diesel fuel is a combustible liquid. Flash Point is much higher than gasoline.

So diesel?
Kerosene,fuel oil, and jet fuel,and diesel are all fuel oils so when they burn it is the fluid that burns,and it burns at a slower rate than gasoline. Gasoline is water based,it burns a hell of a lot faster and it is technically the vapors that burn with gasoline and the liquid is just turned into vapor through heat where it burns off with the vapors of the gas.
