most likely the iwe behind the knuckle it controls the 4wd drive there know for half engaging and making noise try unplugging the vacuum line to them and drive again
The motor is toast stop abusing it
Most likely the caliber that’s what it was for my truck but it could be a lot of things honestly well not a lot but a few
sounds like grinding so could be a break caliber or a serious oil change
