Guess you never heard of double wrenching, you didn't have to cut the wrench just use a box end next size up or one that fits...
They have nut cutters specifically for this issue.
this always helped me when they strip out get a miniature pipe wrench the teeth grip into the metal giving it its own grip
you got to smack it with a hammer first bro, then get a "pipe" wrench that will lock onto anything and remove your nut and bolt.

You should have use the bolt stretcher or the super duper bolt remover 🙄Duh
You can do the same thing with a socket and wrench no cutting needed .🤔
Cut-off wheel. Replace bolt. Not that hard or complicated. 🤦🏼

first of all you have to have the right size wrench you don't need to cut it
I would never have cut the tool in the first place I would have just found a bigger cheader bar. I have three or four different size ones for exactly that same reason.
