this man had two officers telling him to do something and I know if I heard the other officer tell him to get on his knees the cop with the gun heard him as well so why would he shoot him when he was only responding to what both officers were asking ( yelling) this is murder in first degree a blind person could see this if I had two officers yelling at me and one of them has a gun at me I would've complied the same why trying to grant both of their wishes.Officer with the gun saying keep your hand on the hood and the other officer saying get on the ground you ppl at LAW need to do more homework
