So I am guessing this is in Texas. You can not tell always tell if it is legal amount of THC or not just from tipping it upside down because the fake ones at the smoke shop are just as thick as the real ones
That female cop needs to be investigated VERY closely. firstly, THC possession in that form is highly unlikely to be a felony anywhere in the US. That cop is wrong! I have my card through the state of Virginia and all the dispensary does is scan my license. My med card is in the system they use.
