he's a state trooper, he was patted down for weapons when he got out of the car, they keep saying stop it but he's not doing anything, those commands are to protect them when they violate your rights by saying you were resisting, and as far as something clipped on his belt it could very well be his belt buckle and he asked to get out of the car because his mother was out of the car and in this climate we know what happens when we are out of the car by ourselves. regardless if his mother is out of the car he's out of the car to make sure she makes it home. mommy will bond me out but if they do something to her I can't undo it, so me being in jail vs. the possibility of something happening to my mother, to jail I go.

I carry a weapon. I got stopped for a dipshit thing i had done.When the police man got out of his car I rolled down my window and told the cop before he got to my truck that I had a weapon with me.i put my hands out of the window before he even asked. Every thing went smoothly. He thanked me for telling him a head of time and let me go with a warning on the traffic move I had done. I have learned if your straight up to begin with you have nothing to worry about.
