I don’t care what anyone says there’s good ones and bad ones. But if everyone would do what they say instead of resisting no one would get hurt. Just comply and yes I’ve had a cop pull a gun on me and throw me on a hood for no reason but I still complied. Everything got straightened out and I finished my inspection.

I could tell how suspect started looking back as he was running, he was gonna shoot. Looking back while being chased means you lose speed, losing speed means being caught faster, so the only thing he’d be looking back for is because he was going to create another option. Which was the bang bang. My guess is officer is younger. He should have slowed his chase a bit especially when the suspect was looking back while running. I’m no trained cop but the pre attack indicators were there for sure. Cop was chasing to catch, it would have been better to chase to maintain visual while keeping better distance.
