he set that up with a hair trigger he ate the light on purpose so the police can pull him over knowing that when the police officer tries to remove his weapon it would go off, straight Genius, now he's got a million gazillion dollar lawsuit smart man he took the risk and it paid off..... 🫡

Damn dude everything right and still gets shot lol she definitely should never handle a gun again. Never put your finger on the trigger until it’s time to use it

No one knows what kind of gun it was. Some guns don't have trigger guards or safeties.

It was clearly an accident but she was still in the wrong. If she doesn't know how to handle a loaded gun safely then she shouldn't be carrying or handling one. I hope she works behind a desk now

During any traffic stop, there's only one window that needs to be brought down. And that is the driver's window and it only needs to be brought down 1/4 of the way no more. This is to avoid any possible indiscretions by officers who carry contraband on their person to drop into vehicles to be bogus evidence in an arrest of an individual.... And as seen here if the individual is armed, allowing an officer to take possession of the weapon while it's on your person is a bad idea because there was nothing accidental about this. The officer took the opportunity to put a bullet into somebody. They didn't like and declared an accident... There is a basic truth that has not been torn down. One little bit over the last several decades, "members of law enforcement can not be trusted"!!!
