The woman needs more training. It does matter her age. She was too aggressive here. Dad was trying to get them to speak to her, but once she decided to make this a little more aggressive. He knew what was best that she was not the person to talk to his Child. Applaud you. Dad.!
I can’t believe it. Our kids aren’t safe anywhere & you have a cop like this, saying arrest 11 year old. I hope this is just a local idiot cop & not a “policy” . My grandson had gone online & I don’t know what he clicked on, but a porn ad came up & it locked his phone so we could not do anything. Our local police sent over a police officer who knew about this incident, he said it happens more than we know. He spent 15-30 minutes, showing my grandson how to go on the computer & delete history (I believe this is what he did) . But he was so nice & helpful.
They did not blame the child, they did inform the father of child pornography laws and the person who makes it can be charged regardless of the age !
keep that child off the computer. Computers have parental locks.

The father was a little defensive. I can see they’re both starting off on the wrong foot. The father should immediately go pull the computer from his daughter upstairs and apologize and thank the police officers for bringing this to his attention and move on. Well, then they can go seek the individual on the other end and prosecute him for receiving child pornograhy!
Everyone is talking about the horrible cop or that the child should have known better, but how can no one mention the parents? If your child is making porn, then that means you are not supervising her access to technology, nor limiting her time on electronics. The parents failed her more than the cops.
