well this vehicle leaves a lot of questions as a first time watch I'm assuming the cops ignorance into their investigation let them to scream on a highway assuming the individual would hear them then shooting into an innocent man's vehicle with a non-lethal rounds to identify the victims condition some people are allergic to those and can die on impact I don't know just look like a heavily armed tyrannical tactical Force team just called the bunch of property damage and killed a man hopefully that ain't the case
