I see a lot of mixed comments in here, mostly family or god, but as a man who lost my sister 2 years ago I couldn't turn to my mom due to the pain she was going through herself and I felt betrayed by God, I didn't want to burden my wife with it because I was supposed to be the strong one, the foundation of my family, so I bottled it up, but my wife knew, there's been times I would silently cry at night but she'd always come find me and just hold me in silence, I also came to believe God didn't betray me, it took awhile but I found my way, grief isn't just pain, it's also love you didn't get to give, stay strong brothers 🫶
