The most your lats are getting out of those reps are near the bottom of your rep. don't release all the way down, maintain that tension. it's difficult to see the top of your rep so it's unknown if you're completing at your chest or behind your head because your scapula are contracted together and your biceps are filling. perhaps widen your grip slightly. your biceps are carrying a great deal of the load. Again don't go to a full hang at the end of the rep. Your negative is awesome and your speed is very well controlled. you're doing great brother π
