This is the most basic way to wrap your hands they teach 5 year olds to wrap like this
this is how you properly wrap your hands in all combatant sports😂 not just Muay Thai.
That’s great you can put toilet paper too. But when you go inbetween the fingers I’d wrap it down to my wrist instead of to the side of your hand. Just gives more finger support
