I moved to atl in 92. the bluff was super serious. you couldn't just walk around that neighborhood if you weren't from there. the crime was so bad they put a police substation in it & it didn't last long. 😂

China hurry up! Too sad to watch this country fall apart real slow like. The below average 3rd grader special needs Chinese student has a significantly higher IQ than any junior or senior in any Atlanta public school student.
All the REAL ultra violent projects are gone. Bowens Homes, Carver Homes, Bankhead Courts, Bedford Pines, Techwood Homes etc... You didn't step one foot in those spots back when unless you knew someone there!! There's an old camcorder video of a dude (and they cameraman) saying how they were gonna just walk into Bowen homes... They got about 100 feet past the main entrance & you heard POP POP POP POP (about 12 shots). Dude just dropped & the cameraman ran off screaming he was shot. Never even saw where it came from.
