Miscarriage, but i noticed she didn't bother to tell her husband one word about the situation and left him in the dark only to publicly shame him and look for sympathy from others as if he's some sort of monster, yet had she told him he probably would have been devastated by the news and would himself need the comfort of his wife. So sad how women use the internet as a substitute for true and proper communication.
Wait one minute here young lady. As his wife you should have said something to your husband. Men understand directness. He can't read your mind. He left you flowers before knowing you miscarried. I actually took this as he had been physically abusive. Men that do that apologize with flowers, and can from beating you to appearing concerned very quickly. I didn't even think about a miscarriage at all. Maybe I should have.

could be many things, would she be and he brings apology flowers acting like it's going to be better but would she really wants is a husband who doesn't beat her? did she ever miscarriage and he brought her flowers to try and cheer her up, maybe he's doing his best and if it's not good enough or if you need something else you need to communicate that to him. If you're saying you really want a baby and you had a miscarriage it doesn't make sense to be angry at him I don't get it totally. I had a ruptured tubal pregnancy with twins and they had a burial in my ex told me it was morbid to go because they buried the babies together and a plot for that month that were miscarried or tubals or stillborns.. he should have got flowers thrown at him and I should have went to the burial
I think her husband had an affair and she found out and was newly pregnant with his baby, she had a miscarriage or abortion (april 29) it’s in the song…. Or she’s in an abusive marriage met someone and slept with them on April 29 who “brought her back to life”. The blood was after another beating from her current husband.
