My dogs know not to snatch food. they only gently take it if and when it is offered to them. they stand and wait until you tell them to eat, then they will eat their food.
My dog would rather jump off of a 50-story building then go in my kitchen. he no damn well that's going to be the end of his life. also if he touches my food soon as he sees me eating he knows to leave the room
