Same advice that I give when its a guy in this situation. as soon as the kid can pick you up out of a lineup. you can't walk away. this kid is a toddler. right on the line. but, she would be leaving the child with two biological parents. I don't think I could walk away. but, since you would be leaving the child with a mother and a father. she can. that said she should definitely sue for the cost of the surrogacy. that was fraud.
