NO,, he's a careless, sloppy hack and he almost busted out their window,,, where was the protective netting? the debris chute? she could've gotten injured. where was the building inspector, electrical inspector & State elevator inspector while all this was going on? I didn't even see a demo permit, he probably didn't pull any permits, I'm willing to bet he didn't even notify his insurance carrier or his mortgage lean holder that he was remodeling, he really needed to hire a licenced contractor, the engineering of the opening did not look to be structurally sound, i.e. no Simpson ties or joist buckets and absolutely no PPE.. the guy is a straight up POS hack steeling work of illegals, for all the building code & OSHA violations he should get prison time for his crimes and further more his wife knows he's a hack and that's the real reason why she was crying..
