I don't know, when Mohammed Ali walked out in the Atlanta games was pretty iconic. So Far he has been one of the only ones that is known world wide.
My favorite all-time torch lighting was Mohammad Ali. 🔥 My second favorite was the London Olympics 2012 where small brass petals torches were lit with each representing the various nations in the 2012 Olympics. The smaller lit torches slowly went up and joined together to make one big Olympic torch. 💕

Though it was dramatic, I would have to say that 4 years later in Atlanta, when Muhammad Ali lit the torch, (and it was VERY OBVIOUS that he was in the late stages of his Parkinsons disease), was WAY MORE emotional than any other previous lighting ceremony; bar none! 👍

Had they shown the backside of that shit, you would've seen that the arrow DID NOT land in the torch but over shot it. They just lite the torch as it passed over it. Magic of angles and deception.
